- The position of an Assistant Account Executive is a client-driven one, with responsibilities focusing mainly on the servicing of client accounts. An Assistant Account Executive will work closely with an account executive in coordinating projects, communicating with vendors, analyzing client needs and creating brand awareness for the client. In addition, an Assistant Account Executive might handle sales leads and coordinate marketing strategies for specific clients.
