SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As an Area Sales Manager Decorative Central is responsible to manage Decorative sales activities and promote mainly Decorative products in Central area by applying Jotuns sales tools and techniques to target projects and dealers in order to achieve sales targets gross margin. The position is also responsible for timely payment collection review DSO Days Sales Outstanding and customer satisfactions targets and to ensure that Jotun is seen as a preferred supplier of highquality products and services.

This position based at Riyadh and reporting to the Country Sales Manager Decorative.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the market mapping and expansion in territory by keeping current with supply and demand changing trends economic indicators and competitors in order to increase Jotun market share.
  • Guide and lead retail & projects sales teams in assigned area by coaching monitoring and supervising daily activities in line with The Penguin Spirit to ensure achievement of yearly team objectives and targets.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders by having consistent updates and clear understanding in order to meet customer needs and smooth workflow.
  • Visit existing and new customers contractors and consultants with the team at dealers/project sites to follow up on projects analyse monthly sales assist in supply or apply issues resolve concerns affecting bottomline and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and follow up on team objectives status sales targets collections DSO Days Sales Outstanding etc.
  • Organise develop motivate and lead sales team by setting clear targets and framework coaching supporting followingup and monitoring each team member in line with The Penguin Spirit to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the whole team.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews and feedback sessions with employees as required (KIT Key issue Talks and yPOD yearly talk on Performance Objectives and Development)

Qualification:
  • Any bachelors or masters degree. Sales & Marketing is preferable.
  • More than 5 years of relevant experience in Retail & Project Sales and Business Development.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English both verbally and written.
