Architectural Project Director

Work for a leading, multi-disciplined, international firm in their Dubai office on a water park project. You should have extensive experience in all phases of design, as well as having substantial experience involving the planning and design of complex projects

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters in Architecture.
• PMP Accreditation
• Registered Architect
• LEED Accreditation would be preferable
• Minimum of 15 years working experience including supervisory and project management experience
• A degree in project management could be advantageous.
• Must be able to use MS Project, Primavera and Aconex as well as knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
• Must have previous experience in the Middle East with a large consultancy
• MUST have previous experience working on Water Theme Parks
