Architectural Interior Design Coordinator

We are searching for a talented and detailoriented Architectural Interior Design Coordinator with a dual background in Architecture and strong interior design experience particularly in joinery to join our team for a prestigious hotel interiors fitout project in the Middle East. Youll play a pivotal role in translating the architects vision into reality ensuring exceptional joinery detailing throughout the project.

We need someone who is willing to work in Saudi Arabia; knowledge of Arabic speaking is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage your architectural background to review and interpret building plans and integrate them seamlessly with the interior design concept.
• Possess a deep understanding of joinery design detailing and construction methods.
• Collaborate with the architect and interior design team to develop detailed interior design drawings and specifications for the hotel fitout.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive construction documentation including joinery shop drawings millwork drawings and material schedules.
• Manage and track design revisions effectively communicating updates to all project stakeholders.
• Contribute to the overall success of the project by adhering to deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural or interior design project coordination.
• Proven experience in highend hotel interiors or hospitality design is highly desirable.
• Indepth knowledge of joinery design detailing and construction methods
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and other relevant design software.
• Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail a passion for exceptional design and a commitment to quality.
• The ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment working independently and collaboratively.
• Experience working in the Middle East (or a similar region) is a strong advantage.
