ARCHITECT

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Architect with a minimum of 10 years of proven success in the construction industry with minimum of 5 years in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural design project management and construction oversight.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead and oversee the architectural design process ensuring compliance with local regulations and project specifications.
2. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineers contractors and project managers to achieve project goals and deadlines.
3. Provide expert guidance on architectural concepts detailing and construction methodologies.
4. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
5. Review and approve architectural drawings ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends local building codes and construction practices in the UAE.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in architectural design and construction within the UAE.
3. Professional licensure as an Architect in the UAE is preferred.
4. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and other relevant architectural software.
5. Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
6. Indepth knowledge of local building codes regulations and construction practices.
