Arabic-Speaking Customer Support Agent (Fintech/Cryptocurrency)

Are you an experienced Customer Support Agent with insight into the world of Fintech? Someone who understands crypto and the blockchain space.

Our client, an American-based company is expanding globally by being one of the first movers to bring cryptocurrency to Africa and the Middle East at large. The mission is to make bitcoin/blockchain and other FinTech services more accessible, and affordable, than ever before. This dynamic company is looking to hire an Arabic-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join their team.

Job Type: Full-Time | Remote

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone who has:

  • 1+ years of experience as aCustomer support agent

  • Diploma or Higher

  • Fluent in English and Arabic

  • Problem solver

  • Passion for financial products and improving people’s financial lives

  • Motivation to be a self-starter

  • Experience with Slack and Clickup

Nice to have:

  • A passion for editing - grammar checks, etc.

  • A passion for (or at least a familiarity with) crypto or Fintech

  • Experience working in a startup environment

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner

  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.

  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users).

  • Update our internal database with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.

  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.

  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to aid.

  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.

  • Gather customer feedback and share it with our product, sales, and marketing team.

  • Grow your cryptocurrency/blockchain expertise
