Job Description
Daily support for application.
Maintain Daily, Weekly, Monthly preventive checks and performance.
Keep up-to-date documentation.
Following up with contractors for technical support, ongoing projects and issues.
Coordinate different release activities with developers, architects and managers.
Act as a technical liaison.
Manage different release documents.
Solution Upgrade and Version Control.
Environment health check and Performance monitoring.
Manage Licensing and User Access.
Define and execute the security standards.
Work with Auditing team to comply the standards.
