- Develop plant-wide models, perform energy and mass balance calculations, optimize energy usage, conduct feasibility studies, and lead technology improvements.
- Independently review engineering documents, steer technology selection, collaborate with external partners, and lead projects towards implementation in the plant.
- Provide insights, directions, and support for product development, actively contribute to the safety culture, and coach young employees while initiating new programs.
