Sr. Human Resources Specialist

We re looking for a confident and polished HR generalist to join our close-knit team. In this role, you ll partner with our internal HR consulting team and our client(s) by identifying, researching, and helping implement HR solutions that drive business results. Our ideal candidate will have excellent judgement, strong communication and relationship building skills, and a great sense humor. This is a full-time role located in Jacksonville, Florida.
Requirements
Must Haves
4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist (or similar title), including proven success partnering with employees and managers to deliver HR solutions and services in support of business objectives
Knowledge and practical experience in two or more HR disciplines including (but not limited to) employee relations, compensation, performance management, engagement, and policy design
Familiarity with state and federal employment laws
A proven relationship builder and emerging leader who builds trust with employees and managers
An emerging sense of business acumen; quick to understand the details of a client s business
Polished communication skills and an ability to interact professionally with employees and managers
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, present solutions, and make recommendations
An ability to manage time and deliverables effectively while shifting and pivoting as priorities change
Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or another related field
Nice to Haves
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), or similar designation preferred
