- Understanding what variables will alter the speed of the wind based upon a student's position or the size of the jumpsuit that they are wearing.
- Communicating with the instructor and understanding the way time is split.
- To help sanitize tunnel suits and helmets.
- To assist in the gearing up of customers, selecting the right size suit and helmet
- Possibility of teaching an introductory class
- Understand the basics of the POS system at CLYMB.
- Ensure that all safety rules and procedures are being adhered to at all times.
- Ensure a clean and safe operating environment and raise any defects to their managers attention.
- Keep up to date with any promotions and pricing.
- Ensure that there is enough stock of flight gear and PPE. This consists of items like ear plugs, hair nets etc.
- Follow all SOP's and understand CLYMB's risk assessments
- Answer any customer queries or questions • Have a basic knowledge of the flight chamber and how it works.
- To have tried the experience and understand body flight.
