Position: Agriculture Supervisor Nursery

Must have diploma/degree in agriculture

Must have experience in Nursery

Directly supervises and coordinates the activities of agricultural workers is responsible for yearround inspection of the nursery/greenhouse/crop

Organize and supervise work for employees. Determine a work schedule for each employee in their respective function.

Executes the assignment of duties such as the planting cultivation water management and harvesting of crop to ensure productivity goals are met.

Efficiently communicate to farm manager on a daily basis.

Responsible for daily tracking of rainfall data staff gauge readings and temperatures and report it back to management on time
