Maintain and build strong relationships with existing agents and real estate companies and ensure continued business relationship.

Act as the main point of contact for all matters relating to agents and real estate companies in the assigned country.

Organizing sales events in the designated country.

Conduct market research and provide insights into market conditions.

Handle disputes or issues faced by agents and real estate companies and report to the team leader for escalation.

Preparing a monthly/weekly report on the performance and level of activity of agents and real estate companies.

Reporting to the senior manager on the performance and activities of real estate agents and companies.
