Aerospace Supplier Management Professional

• Analyze and recommend suppliers selection, develop, update, maintain and establish criteria and conditions of complexity supplies selection & contracts.
• Manage and monitor the performance of suppliers of high complexity items.
• Unrestricted support of the interfaces between the Company' areas (Engineering, Production and Core Team) and suppliers.
• Identify potential suppliers' risks and propose developing mitigation strategies as well as work closely with program management, engineering, supplier management contracting, contracts and other supporting functions.
• As Part of this role, will be responsible for the quotation's analysis, start negotiations and follow up with supplier, issues & send PO to suppliers, forward invoice to Accounts for payment and follow up on the payment and delivery both.
• Also, as part of responsibilities is to provide reports to management, interface between freight forward and supplier, request the authorization to deliver the material, receive the materials on the system and propose improvement to ERP consultants to improve internal the process.

Profile / Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, desirable (Engineering, Business, Contracts,Legal or related) / A master's degree in international commerce or supply Chain or MBA, diploma or certification in relevant field will be preferred.
• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in related field.
• Min 5 (Five) years' proven experience in Aerospace industry proven experience in international parts procurement and knowledge of the major aerospace suppliers.
• Min 5 (Five) years' proven experience with international contracts administration.
• International commerce skills / international transport knowledge.
