Job Description

Req ID : 2559895

Organize and maintain corporate records, including minutes of board meetings, resolutions and shareholder records.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including submission of annual reports and other corporate documents.
Coordinate and schedule board and committee meetings, prepare meeting agendas and distribute social materials.
Attending and recording minutes of Council and committee meetings.
Acting as an intermediary between the company, its shareholders and regulatory bodies.
Assist in preparing annual reports, proxy statements and other corporate documents.
Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors and senior management, including managing schedules, travel arrangements and handling correspondence.
Assist in organizing shareholder meetings and other corporate events.
