Administrative Coordinator

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven experience as an administrative coordinator, administrative assistant or in a similar role
• High degree of professionalism and positive demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail with follow-through
• Highly organized and ability to prioritize
• Excellent working knowledge and proven ability of Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis in Excel
• Ability to demonstrate basic excel analytics and reporting skills
• Ability to learn new programs and web-based applications quickly
• Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments, manage time with above average attention to detail and accuracy and can have the ability to work under tight timelines is required
• Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic team/matrix environment is required
• Process driven
  

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with ARIBA preferred
• Experience with SharePoint preferred
