Job Summary.

Greeting clients and visitors to our office giving clients directions to various parts of the office contacting employees regarding visitors and handling a variety of administrative support tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet clients and visitors with a positive.

• Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.

• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying taking notes and making travel plans.

• Preparing meeting and training rooms.

• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Helping maintain workplace security by issuing checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor system.
  

BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

• Excellent English Language Skills (Reading Writing and Speaking).

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Will demonstrate a positive attitude.
