Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a Administrative Assistant who will:

Work towards high-quality outcomes. You are comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines. You have strong accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring no meeting overlaps and no

administrative error (e.g. documents printed, Director’s travel dates, etc.).

Deal with various tasks in parallel. You are able to manage time, balance multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams at the same time.

Engage multiple parties. You build constructive relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders (e.g. visitors, employees, etc.), leveraging your strong communication/networking skills.

We are looking for the following educational qualifications (preferred)

+ 2-year Diploma or equivalent + Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) + Computer literacy
