BMC is looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to support the with coordinating communication and administrative tasks. Some of the main responsibilities include:
Maintain any needed approvals for all requests directed by the Head of Department.
Keep updated records of all program activities and update it on the system on daily basis.
Managing all purchasing requests and coordinate with Purchasing Department.
Cooperating in Control Room duties according to the workload & distributed duties.
Performing any other jobrelated duties as directed by HOP/ HOD.
Maintaining security and integrity at all practices.
Receives & Direct all Emails and monitor the department correspondences.
Handling and coordination with the training sites.
Receive program students and take their requests.
Contact external entities for different collaboration opportunities with the program.
Communicate and coordinate with different departments and units at the college.
Experienced in handling administrative duties efficiently and effectively
Effective oral and written communication skills
Commitment to working with and encouraging diversity
Effective interpersonal skills
Effective organization and administrative skills
Excellent trouble shooting and problemsolving abilities.
Languages & Computer Knowledge:
Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
Knowledge of ERP Systems & Microsoft Office.
