Our growing company needs an experienced and resourceful Business Development Manager to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new Were searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organization A business development manager is responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business. The role involves active coordination across teams and demands exceptional interpersonal skills. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.


Location: Prishtina, Kosovo

Type: Regular Full-Time


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activitie
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows and conference
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting, maintaining short-term and long-term business development plan
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the companys service
  • We work independently, the rest of us wont know what youre doing day-to-day unless you tell u
  • Building business relationships with current and potential client
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain and grow account
  • Creating and, maintaining a list/database of prospective clients; maintaining a database (CRM) of prospective client
  • Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investor
  • Developing quotes and proposal


Experience Requirements:

  • BA or BS degree with at least 3-5 years direct business development experience
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect
  • Proven track record of bringing in new business and a natural ability to drive sale
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (, Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational and time management skill
