Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Patient Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients both in person and over the phone.
  • Answer inquiries schedule appointments and provide information about our services and procedures.
  1. Appointment Management:

  • Coordinate patient appointments ensuring efficient scheduling and minimal wait times.
  • Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary preappointment instructions.
  1. Patient Intake:

  • Collect and update patient information including medical history and insurance details.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  1. Patient Education:

  • Educate patients about their conditions treatment options and posttreatment care instructions.
  • Provide resources and support to help patients make informed decisions about their healthcare.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Monitor patient satisfaction levels and address any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Proactively seek feedback from patients to identify areas for improvement in our services.
  1. Followup Care:

  • Reach out to patients after their appointments to check on their progress and address any additional questions or concerns they may have.
  • Ensure that patients are following recommended treatment plans and attending followup appointments as needed.
  1. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with doctors nurses and other clinic staff to coordinate patient care and ensure a seamless experience for patients.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay patient information and update treatment plans as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Commerce Business Administration or Arts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisual equipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems. Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
