Acquisition Finance

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• 7-10 years or more experience in Investment Banking, Project Finance or Structured Finance.
• Previous experience of working on multi-bank transactions.
• Strong credit, legal knowledge, and marketing skills are mandatory.
• Thorough awareness of various financial product/services.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to perform as a team player
• MBA / CAs preferred. CFA is a plus
• Personal integrity, initiative, and leadership qualities
• In addition to possessing the necessary product skill sets, the incumbent needs to have a high degree of maturity in handling critical negotiations with bank clients, banks, and other third parties, including external legal counsels, rating agencies, consulting & accounting firms, etc.
• The job may also involve taking up new & challenging assignments outside the core area of work
