Job Description

- Managing the company's accounts receivable portfolio, including monitoring and collection of outstanding payments.
- Generating and sending accurate and timely invoices to customers.
- Reconciling customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies.
- Communicating with customers to resolve payment issues and answer inquiries.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.
- Reviewing and analyzing aged receivables to identify potential issues and develop strategies for improving collections.
- Conducting credit checks on new customers and making credit limit recommendations.
- Participating in the development and implementation of accounts receivable policies and procedures.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Providing regular reports on accounts receivable status and performance to management.
