Job Requirement :
- BE Civil/ MBA + with 15+ Years of Experience in Sales & Marketing Department from Construction Chemical/ Waterproofing/ Similar industries
Job Role :
- Heading Sales & Marketing team of PAN
- Creating & implementation - Budgeting/tracking/evaluation/course correction across
- Responsible for launching new products of construction chemicals
- In charge of increasing the dealer & Distributor database in the
- Responsible for significant increase in Market Share &
- Full responsibility for group sales &
- Sales forecasting &
- Leading and monitoring all Promotional activities/Events/Exhibitions across
- Ensure timely manpower recruitment .
- Development & Implementation of key systems and
- Designed ATL & BTL budgets for the division for optimum product
- Prepared budget, get approval from management to drive revenue at vertical levels for the division
