Position: Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial operations of the company including accounting budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Monitor and analyze financial performance identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Prepare and present financial reports to the senior management team highlighting key insights and trends.
Manage cash flow and ensure proper allocation of funds for various business activities.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements tax returns and other financial reports in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor budgets and financial plans.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decisionmaking and business growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including banks auditors and tax authorities.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting budgeting and forecasting.
Experience in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
