- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Accounting that align with SWPC’s finance & accounting, vision, mission, and objectives.
- Support in the development and monitoring of the department’s annual yearly budget in line with strategic plans.
- Provide subject matter expertise and counsel to SWPC's leadership on related areas to facilitate the achievement of the finance & accounting and divisional objectives.
- Manage departmental objectives by setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating the team.
- Lead talent development initiatives for accounting in collaboration with discipline experts from SWPC to ensure talent meets business needs.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver defined KPIs in line with SWPC's overall business plans.
