- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial information.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards.
- Coordinate and oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely completion of financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and financial planning.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and implementing corrective actions or improvement initiatives as needed.
