Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Billing and Invoicing: Generate and send invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Expense Management: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and proper documentation.
Financial Analysis: Assist in preparing financial statements, budget reports, and variance analysis to support decision-making processes.
Month-End and Year-End Closing: Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.
Tax Compliance: Assist in preparing and filing tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
Compliance: Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and regulations relevant to the healthcare industry in Dubai.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of efficient accounting procedures.
Your Qualifications
At least 3+ years accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
