Account Manager – Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a Mid-Level Account Manager with 8-10 years in B2B sales including 4-5 years recent experience selling IT Cybersecurity or Consulting Services in the UAE. You will own a portfolio of 55-60 named accounts (Tier A B C) responsible for both hunting new logos and farming existing accounts. You must have consistently delivered AED 3M annual services quota and closed single deals above AED 1M. This is an individual contributor role reporting to VP Sales & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Own and grow portfolio of 55-60 accounts - single point of accountability with defined next actions

Build account plans for Tier A accounts - stakeholder map revenue path untapped opportunities (quarterly review)

Hunt new business via outreach events partners referrals - build 3x pipeline vs quarterly target use regulatory drivers (NESA ADHICS PCI-DSS) to open doors

Farm existing accounts - manage renewals change requests cross-sell services not yet bought convert one-off projects to retainers/MSS

Lead full sales cycle - discovery solutioning with Presales/Solution Architects proposal with Bid Management negotiation and close

Forecasting & CRM discipline - weekly pipeline updates 80% commit forecast accuracy

Collections & Commercial hygiene - ensure invoicing on time <5% overdue beyond 100 days

Client relationship - act as trusted advisor to CISOs CIOs Risk & Compliance heads build 3 senior contacts per Tier A account

Partnerships - co-sell with OEMs hyperscalers system integrators represent at industry events

Must-Have Requirements

8-10 years in B2B sales with at least 5 years (most recent) selling IT cybersecurity or consulting services in the UAE

Background from cybersecurity services firm Big 4 risk/cyber practice system integrator or security OEM

Proven track record: Consistently met AED 3M annual services quota (with numbers) won single deals > AED 1M clear record of new logos

Live relationships with CISOs CIOs compliance leaders in UAE

Working knowledge of GRC VAPT SOC/MSS Cloud Security compliance audits

Based in Dubai with valid UAE work permit (Client open to sponsor visa for right candidate)

Bachelors degree in Business or IT preferred Fluent English

Job Stability: At least 1 year in current role max 3-4 changes in 6 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
