Primary Responsibilities:

• Use strong industry knowledge to add value to the clients operation
• Maintain an ongoing knowledge of clients business; as well as their contract with OptumRx
• Drive solutions by engaging multiple organizational areas and providing guidance to CSMs
• Provide positive alternatives to complex situations encountered by client and manage expectations
• Perform systems analysis to determine the source of technical issues and act as a liaison between external clients and internal departments to resolve these issues
• Act in a project coordinator/manager capacity to ensure accurate and timely completion of client projects to the clients satisfaction
