- Build & maintain thorough knowledge of the relevant ERI Pillar, its finances, sourcing requirements, staff resourcing and its academic operations.
- Extensive experience in major Capex projects with thorough knowledge of project finance, terminology and procurement principles.
- Support the head of the pillar in communicating and achieving strategic objectives.
- Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the pillar/department.
- Identify areas of risk and implement mitigation strategies.
