Job Description

- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioner.
- Ventilate equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
- Install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.
- Carry out minor plumbing maintenance works including change or repairs of leaks in faucets of new lines ,unclogging of drains etc ....
- Provide support after work hour if required in situation like emergency.
- Working experience maintaining & repairing heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)
- Strong knowledge of the practices and principles for effective preventive maintenance of HVAC systems
- Strong ability to establish & maintain good working relationships with colleagues and supervisors
