- Bachelors and Masters degree educated
- Proven experience as a CEO/CFO in an established organisation
- Retail industry experience, working at corporate office level is essential. Experience working in a family group environment is beneficial
- Must have a very good exposure to national & international markets and its commercial activities
- Proven experience of developing high quality profitable strategies, implementing visions & understanding corporate businesses functions and corporate governance
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a strong level of gravitas and the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
