Stockroom Coordinator

• Control and manage the pick and packers for online orders
• Ensure the stock room is set and maintained in an appropriate manner to ensure proper accessibility to pick and packers.
• Manage a team of Pick and Packer to ensure compliance to Company and brand requirements.
• Ensure orders are packed and ready to prevail the two hours delivery.
• Ensure compliance to all company, brand processes and policies relating to stock records and movement.
• Train, coach and develop new staff on online deliveries standards as per company and brand processes and policies
• Quality Control of all Online orders before dispatching to customers.
• Liaise with customer care to update on customers’ orders.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3 years’ experience in back of house and inventory
• Must have Retail experience
• Excellent to fluent English
• Communication skills is required
