Job Description

This is a remote position.

Lendmarq, a leading private real estate lender based in Miami, Florida, is seeking Wholesale Account Executives to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and brokers to increase sales production
  • Be a team leader and lead peers on the salesforce by example
  • Understand Lendmarq's product offerings and be proficient in the systems and technologies used to generate loan products
  • Comply with the company's guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Expected to work a minimum of 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
  • Ensure all communication, including emails and LinkedIn posts, are professional and adhere to the company's guidelines
  • Post approved Lendmarq messaging on LinkedIn regularly


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Purpose wholesale lending or similar industry
  • Ability to adhere to guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of lending products and systems
  • Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively with team members
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Your Compensation:

  • Our compensation is very competitive and congruent with experience
  • Ability to earn up to 130 bps on top of your salary and benefits (no draw or guarantee gimmicks)
