- Supervise and coordinate plumbing projects, ensuring work is completed on time and to high standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to plumbing team members.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing layouts and installations.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems and equipment, including fixtures, pipes, and valves.
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed for plumbing projects.
- Inspect work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Train and mentor junior plumbing team members.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with other trades and contractors on multi-trade projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in plumbing technology.
