- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in Corp Dev and IR, either buy-side or sell-side experience is acceptable.
- Proficiency in planning, supporting, and implementing Corp Dev and IR activities.
- Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to assess various investment opportunities in line with corporate strategy and market factors.
- Proven track record of creating and presenting high-quality presentations to senior leadership teams and potential investors.
- Familiarity with the Metaverse, crypto, fund management, digital assets, crypto fund, gaming, or blockchain industries is highly desirable.
- Comprehensive understanding of the latest financial market trends and technologies
- Experience with ADGM is a plus
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent written and oral English communication
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines
