Job Summary

Note we will only consider candidates that are already residing in Dubai.

Swift Dubai is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Country Manager / Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence in the Turkiye Caucasus and Central Asia region. This role requires a strong focus on building and nurturing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities to meet client needs.

Job Responsibilities:

* Cultivate and maintain strong long-term customer relationships with assigned markets and accounts understanding their evolving requirements and positioning Swift as a trustable advisor.
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned markets.
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to post-sales follow-up ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Represent Swift at industry events conferences and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
* Demonstrate strong accountability for individual and team performance adhering to all company policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.

Job Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree required.
* Proven track record of success in a business development /consultative sales role preferably within the financial services or technology sector.
* Demonstrable experience in building and nurturing strong customer relationships.
* Ability to proactively identify customer needs and translate them into actionable business opportunities / outcomes.
* Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

* Flexible to travel to assigned countries in order to develop business and relationships.
* Fluency in English and Russian.
