Job Summary
ITP Media Group the region s leading media company is looking for a detailoriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. This role offers the opportunity to support a fastpaced multimarket finance operation and gain handson experience across UAE KSA and India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and filing VAT returns.
- Support the preparation of tax filings including VAT and other relevant tax returns across UAE KSA and India.
- Maintain accurate records of all tax payments and filings.
- Prepare supporting documentation for tax audits and inquiries.
- Liaise with external auditors tax consultants and thirdparty stakeholders as needed.
- Respond to queries from tax authorities under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for tax or financial audits.
- Provide support to other finance team members as required.
- Help reconcile discrepancies and investigate issues in financial transactions.
- Support additional finance and taxrelated duties as assigned by management.
- Assist with India payables accounting and GST reconciliations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting preferably within the UAE or GCC.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with tax filings and regional reporting requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams and with external partners.
- Solid problemsolving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
