Requirements
- Leadership:Overseeing a team of employees including kitchen dining room and administrative staff
- Communication:Clearly articulating expectations to ensure smooth operations
- Customer service:Interacting with guests resolving complaints and reading customer reviews
- Inventory management:Ensuring the restaurant is stocked with everything needed by staff and diners
- Training and supervising staff:Hiring and training new employees creating work schedules and providing guidance and support
- Ensuring food safety:Recognizing preventing and reducing hazards associated with food handling
- Organizational skills:Prioritizing responsibilities to keep the restaurant running efficiently and profitably
- Managing quality of service:Monitoring and maintaining quality of service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Addressing customer complaints:Promptly addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues
- Conducting performance reviews:Providing constructive feedback to team members
