Job Summary

We are looking for an Chief Surveyor with Min 8 years of UAE Experience in Construction companies.

Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee all surveying works for infrastructure and building projects
Review project drawings specifications and BOQs before execution
Coordinate with Project Managers Engineers and Consultants
Ensure all surveying activities comply with project specifications and standards
Supervise setting out for roads buildings and structural works
Oversee the use and maintenance of survey equipment
Provide technical guidance and on-site problem-solving
Prepare survey reports and progress updates
Submit as-built drawings and coordinate with QA/QC teams
Lead and manage surveyors and survey assistants
Allocate tasks and monitor performance

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree/Diploma Civil Engineering Surveying or related field
8 years of experience in infrastructure/building projects
Strong knowledge of construction drawings and site execution
Proficiency in survey instruments and software
Excellent leadership and coordination skills
