ملخص الوظيفة
We are looking for an Chief Surveyor with Min 8 years of UAE Experience in Construction companies.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee all surveying works for infrastructure and building projects
- Review project drawings specifications and BOQs before execution
- Coordinate with Project Managers Engineers and Consultants
- Ensure all surveying activities comply with project specifications and standards
- Supervise setting out for roads buildings and structural works
- Oversee the use and maintenance of survey equipment
- Provide technical guidance and on-site problem-solving
- Prepare survey reports and progress updates
- Submit as-built drawings and coordinate with QA/QC teams
- Lead and manage surveyors and survey assistants
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree/Diploma Civil Engineering Surveying or related field
- 8 years of experience in infrastructure/building projects
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and site execution
- Proficiency in survey instruments and software
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills
