Job Summary
- EnsuretheHSSEstandardsarebeing followed inprojectsthroughregularsafety inspection.
- CoordinateandsupporttheprojectteaminimplementingtheHSSEPoliciesPlans&ProceduresinlinewithLocalRules andGuidelines.
- EnsureprecisesubmissionofallHSSEreportsandcompletionoftargets.
- Coordinatetheinternalexternaltraining&assessmentandensure3rdpartycertificationisbeingdoneasperthestandards.
- Provideadequateandappropriatecontrolmeasure(s)fortakingproactiveaction(s)topreventallkindsofHazardandRiskassociatedwithit.
- Coordinateincident/accident/nearmissinvestigation&ensureadequatemeasuresarebeingtaken/implementedfor preventivemeasures.
- Ensurethatallassigned tasksarecompletedprecisely.
- Identifynewinnovativeideasto improvethesafetycultureandstandardsoftheorganization.
- ConductMorningAssembly andcommunicaterelevanttopicstoworkforce.
- Enhancethesafetyperformancesbyregularinspectiontrainingconductingawarenessprograms&gapanalysisand byimplementing workpermitprocedures.
- enhance the moraleoftheteam.
- Responsiblefortheinvestigationandreviewofsignificantaccidentsincidentscomplaintsandenvironmentalaspectsandtheidentificationofsolutions for preventivemeasures.
- Participateinallpre-jobplanningactivitiesfor highexposurepotentialoperation.
- Assuringappointedcontractorshavemanagementsystemsforeffectivecontrolofhealthandsafety.
- Providingsupporttolinemanagersinimplementationensuringcompliancewithlegislationandcontinuously improvingperformanceofthese areas.
- Conductdailyandmonthly HSSEMeetings/Trainingsandscheduleasneeded.
- Ensuringmanagementofassetsandsystemscomplies with healthandsafetyrequirements.
- Identify new innovative ideas to improve the safety culture and standards of the organization.
