Job Description

What youll be doing:

• Shape and evolve the target architecture for Sana Commerces multi-tenant SaaS platform on Azure.
• Drive the transition from monolithic toward modular service-oriented and event-driven architecture patterns.
• Establish pragmatic architecture principles standards and technical guardrails aligned with product strategy.
• Partner with Data Infrastructure and Application teams to ensure cohesive end-to-end platform design.
• Guide service decomposition domain boundaries and secure integration patterns (APIs ERP third-party systems).
• Design scalable resilient and cost-efficient cloud solutions leveraging Azure and AKS.
• Ensure the platform meets non-functional requirements including performance availability security and resilience.
• Contribute to architecture governance reviews and key technical decision-making across engineering.
• Mentor senior engineers and support teams in architectural thinking and implementation strategy.
• Build proof-of-concepts and validate emerging architectural approaches when needed.

Qualifications :

What youll bring:

• 5 years of experience in software or platform architecture within complex SaaS environments
• Proven experience evolving monolithic systems toward modular service-oriented or event-driven architectures
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure and containerized workloads (AKS/Kubernetes)
• Experience designing and operating multi-tenant SaaS platforms at scale
• Solid understanding of distributed systems scalability performance and resilience patterns
• Experience contributing to architecture governance and cross-team technical decision-making
• Track record of working collaboratively with engineering data and infrastructure stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior technical audiences
• Required certification: Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)

Nice to Have

• Azure Security Engineer Associate or similar security certification
• TOGAF or comparable architecture certification
• Experience in B2B eCommerce or ERP-integrated environments
• Familiarity with API gateways event streaming or developer platform ecosystems
• Exposure to globally distributed SaaS platforms (NA/EU)
