Job Summary
Ontime Group is urgently seeking a qualified Arabic-speaking Architect/Facility Planner to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and planning efficient facility layouts while communicating effectively with Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their facility planning and architectural needs with strong emphasis on Arabic communication.
- Prepare detailed architectural and facility layout designs using industry-standard software.
- Ensure all designs comply with local codes regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations.
- Coordinate with engineers contractors and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage multiple projects timelines and deliverables efficiently.
- Provide clear and effective presentations and reports in Arabic and English.
- Stay current with design trends building technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in facility planning and architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and other relevant design software.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and join immediately.
- Excellent organizational problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating prior facility planning and architectural projects.
