Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries regarding travel tours and bookings
- Assist with flight reservations hotel bookings tour packages and visa guidance
- Resolve customer complaints cancellations and refund requests professionally
- Maintain accurate reservation records and client data in travel management systems
- Collaborate with travel agents airlines and hotels to provide the best services
- Meet monthly customer satisfaction and service targets
- Ensure compliance with UAE tourism regulations and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive Travel Consultant or Ticketing Agent
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus Sabre Galileo) preferred
- Strong communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced travel environment
- Customer-oriented with attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in travel agencies airlines or tourism companies in Dubai
- IATA or travel certification (advantage)
- Multilingual skills (Arabic/English)
