Job Summary
This role is essential to ensure smooth compliant and efficient handling of all government processes for our employees and company operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all visa processes (new visas renewals cancellations status changes)
- Manage Emirates ID medical tests work permits and all related documentation
- Liaise with MOHRE GDRFA Immigration Police DED and other UAE authorities
- Prepare and submit official letters applications and government forms online
- Maintain accurate employee records and track renewals to ensure full compliance
- Support HR with onboarding offboarding and day-to-day employee inquiries
- Represent the company professionally in all external government interactions
- Manage notarization attestation and embassy/legalization processes
- Handle company formation & license procedures across mainland and free zones
- Manage mall-related retail work permits and access approvals
- Type and prepare documents through government portals and typing centre.

Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken)
- Extremely organized detail-oriented and able to handle multiple deadlines
- Strong Excel skills and ability to work with trackers and reports
- Discreet polite and highly professional in all interactions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Immediate availability to join
