Role Overview:

Marketing Communications Manager Growth Marketsis a strategic data-driven marketer responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing communication strategies and tactics with our dealers across Caterpillars Building Construction Product group global growth markets. The primary goal is to drive top of funnel growth and new customer acquisition whileretainingour current customers. The role based in Dubai will lead marketing experts for Africa Middle EastIndiaand China and in addition own and develop growth marketing plans for the Southeast Asia market.

What You Will Do:

Oversee growth marketing planning and execution efforts acrossAfrica Middle EastIndiaand Chinathrough a clear understanding of customers in each market and addressing their pain points across all marketing channels and tactics to create demand and drive new customer acquisition.

Manage regional marketing consultants to develop regional growth (lead generation) and retention (nurture) efforts across markets.

Develop and implement marketing communications and lead generation and nurture plans for Southeast Asia.

Analyzemarket research andidentifycustomer insights to ensure implementation of the right message strategy across our target customer segments.

Manage omnichannel lead management programs to promote Caterpillars small and compact equipmenttechnologyand services.

Gatheranalyseand report information on industrycustomerand competitive activities as well as marketing structure and trends.

Align with Global Marketing Director and Regional Sales Directors to develop andmonitorthe right metrics to measure and improve effectiveness of marketing efforts in each region.

Collaborate across other Caterpillar marketing leaders and business units in region to align with the enterprise strategy and resources.

What You Will Have:

  • Customer Focus:Extensive knowledge of customer purchase drivers and pain points across growth regions and target segments as primary considerations inall business decisions and ability toleveragethat information in creating marketing plans.

  • Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

  • Creativity:Strong knowledge of the approaches tools and techniques for promoting creative original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.

  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication conceptstoolsand techniques; ability to effectivelytransmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application ofappropriate communicationbehaviors.

  • Relationship Management:Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability toestablishand maintain healthy working relationships with clients vendors and peers.

  • Strategic Thinking:Knowledge of the importance of big picture thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness toidentifyandmaintainfocus on key success factors for the organization.

  • Vendor/Supplier Management:Strong knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors service providers contractorsconsultantsand suppliers).

  • Promotion and Marketing Communications:Extensive knowledge of different promotional and marketing communication techniques; ability to use different marketing channels and tools in combination to focus on how a business communicates a message to the market.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

  • 10 years of experience inrelevant roles preferably in B2B environments.

  • Preferred familiarity withdealer-based business models inindustries such as construction equipment automotive or heavy machinery

  • Strong understanding of digital marketingpaid media social media strategy and omnichannel marketing principles.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

  • Experience in market research methodologies and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Additional Information:

  • This role requires up to30% business travelacross growth markets.
