About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Country Sales Manager to lead sales operations drive market growth and strengthen customer relationships across the region. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies managing key accounts and leading high-performing sales teams to achieve revenue targets within a dynamic technology and industrial solutions environment.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business GrowthDevelop and implement country-level sales strategies aligned with overall business new business opportunities and expand market presence across key revenue growth by building strong pipelines and closing high-value market trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
Key Account ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and major accounts and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and contracts pricing and commercial agreements with strategic delivery of solutions that meet client expectations and project requirements.
Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team clear performance objectives and monitor sales performance regular sales meetings training sessions and performance a high-performance culture focused on collaboration and accountability.
Sales Operations & ForecastingOversee sales forecasting pipeline management and revenue sales reports and present business performance updates to senior effective use of CRM systems and sales tracking budgeting and resource allocation for sales activities.
Partnership & Market ExpansionDevelop relationships with channel partners distributors and system expansion into new markets industries and customer the organization at industry events conferences and networking with marketing and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Marketing or a related field.812 years of experience in sales or business development within technology industrial solutions or related experience managing regional or country-level sales operations and leading high-performing teams.
