Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director Marketing to join our dynamic team in Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab Emirates. As the head of our marketing department you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity driving growth and leading innovative marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team fostering creativity and excellence
- Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Direct market research efforts to identify new opportunities and consumer insights
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and go-to-market strategies
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI making data-driven decisions
- Stay abreast of industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- Present marketing plans and results to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Cultivate relationships with key partners agencies and media outlets
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred
- 10 years of progressive marketing experience with at least 5 years in a senior marketing role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing including social media and content marketing
- Experience with market research methodologies and data analysis
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with UAE market trends and consumer behavior (preferred)
- Professional marketing certifications (e.g. CIM AMA) are a plus
- Industry-specific knowledge relevant to our companys sector
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
