Job Summary
We are a premium professional services firm operating in the legal sector based in Business Bay Dubai. We are seeking a high-calibre UK or European national with proven UK outbound calling experience to join our client acquisition team.
The position requires confidence intelligence cultural awareness and the ability to conduct consultative professional conversations with UK-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective UK clients
Introduce our services in a polished professional manner
Handle intelligent non-scripted conversations
Qualify leads and book consultations for senior specialists
Confidently navigate gatekeepers and objections
Maintain a high call volume without compromising quality
Requirements
Nationality
UK Irish or European passport holders ONLY
Other nationalities will not be considered
Language & Communication
Native or near-native British English accent
Full understanding of UK culture and communication style
Exceptional telephone etiquette
Experience
Minimum 23 years outbound telesales / business development
UK market calling experience is compulsory
